The Terms & Conditions below apply to people purchasing Products or Services from myvisionhut.com.

The user will be required to read and acknowledge the terms and conditions which are displayed on our website before making a purchase.

The goods purchased must be paid in full before the order can be accepted or processed.

Our products are sold at the price displayed on the website at the time of your order. We reserve the right to change the prices at any time, before the confirmation of your order.

Once your payment has been received and your order confirmed, an order confirmation will be sent to you at the e-mail address you provided on your order form.

We reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason, whether payment has been received by us if we do not have sufficient stock to deliver the goods that you have ordered, we do not deliver in your area or an incorrect price was listed due to a typographical error in listing the price.

If your order has been refused, you will be notified at the e-mail address you provided; your credit card will be credited with the full amount you paid us within 30 days of your order date.

We are not liable for any compensation for disappointment suffered as a result of a cancelled order.

The delivery charges are as displayed on the website. Local delivery will be via recorded delivery, normal post. International delivery will be via EMS or any other international courier services.

Upon request, we may send the goods purchased by a courier of your choice and will inform you on the cost before shipping the goods.

The goods will be delivered to you at the address you gave us at the time that the order was made. We will not be responsible or liable for damaged packages or those shipped back to us if the designated courier/postal service fails after several attempts to deliver your package(s) due to your absence to collect the package(s) from the given destination address.

Once the goods have been delivered to you, we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

You confirm that you are over 18 years old and are not registered as blind or partially sighted.

You consent to provide us with any details that are reasonably requested by us to confirm that you can legally purchase prescription spectacles.

You agree to provide us with your correct name, address, date of birth and any other details requested.

The prescription you supply must be less than two years old. We shall not be held liable for errors made by you when entering prescription details online.

Goods are not sold on a trial basis, and we can only process an order online.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.

Whilst myvisionhut.com takes reasonable precautions in its operation of the Portal, neither myvisionhut.com nor its representatives will assume any responsibility and shall be liable for any damages caused or for viruses that may infect the Customer’s computer equipment or other property due to his access to, using or browsing of the Portal or downloading of any materials, data, text images, video, or audio from this Portal.

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Portal is done at the Customer’s own discretion and risk, and he will be solely responsible for any damage to his computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material and myvisionhut.com will be held harmless from such claims at all times

Myvisionhut makes no warranty that:

The Portal will meet the Customer’s requirements or will always be accessible.
The Portal will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free or free from computer virus or other invasive or damaging code.
The results that may be obtained from the use of the Portal will be accurate or reliable.
Not all frames displayed on the website are available in the shop. The unavailable frames can be seen upon request.

These Terms & Conditions shall commence from the date on which they are published on the Portal and continue indefinitely.

Myvisionhut.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, including without limitation, by the addition of new terms & conditions, at any time and from time to time and/or terminate these Terms & Conditions in its entirety and cease the operation of the Portal at any time, with no liability or recourse to you.

Your behaviour when using the portal: You may not use the portal to obtain or distribute material which is defamatory, unlawful or contains hate speech.

You hereby indemnify myvisionhut.com and its officers or other persons for whom in myvisionhut.com may not be liable for any loss, damages, liability, claim, or demand due to or arising out of your use of the Portal or its material or your breach of these Terms & Conditions.
